W2 Employment with hourly compensation structure
Separate pay rates for treatment vs. documentation/admin
Productivity-based bonuses

Full-time salary range: $65,000–$115,000/year
Part-time range: $55,000–$75,000/year

What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging, play-based 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy
Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with caregivers, PTs, SLPs, and assistants
Provide education and home strategies to promote carryover
Document sessions and evaluations in a user-friendly EMR
Bring creativity and fun to every therapy session!

✅ Qualifications

Occupational Therapy degree and active (or eligible) California OT license
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, but new grads welcome
Pediatric experience and/or sensory integration background is a plus
Excellent organization and communication skills
Passion for working with children and families
Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus, but not required

Clinical Performance Benchmarks

Help children achieve 80%+ of their therapy goals
Maintain 95%+ family satisfaction ratings
Submit 100% of billable hours as per employment agreement
Complete daily notes within 24 hours
Submit evaluations/re-evaluations within 48–72 hours
