Gilman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Candidates must be able to coordinate an efficient schedule, excel in a fast paced environment and possess advanced customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Dispatch technicians to services calls and monitor technician schedules using our dispatching software
• Maintain accurate and up to date information in the customer database
• Prioritize calls to optimize technician and operational needs
• Schedule service calls, preventative maintenances and quoted repairs
• Contact customer if there is a delay in their scheduled time
• Promptly report issues to the designated supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
• Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
• Minimum of 2 years prior experience preferred
• Function in a team environment
• Strong attention to details and follow-through
• High School Diploma or GED
