Assisting kitchen staff in food preparation and service presentation, utilizing Fryers and Flat Top Grills to produce consistent quality finished menu items. Applicants must hold a strong work ethic and work well within a team environment. In addition, candidates will adhere to current Health Department food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.

  • Operate fryers, flat tops, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency.

  • Keep prep and cook areas clean and organized, following Health Department food safety guidelines.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy events.

Qualifications

  • Prior kitchen or restaurant cooking experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management.

  • Reliable, motivated, and a team player.

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for weddings and events.
