Assisting kitchen staff in food preparation and service presentation, utilizing Fryers and Flat Top Grills to produce consistent quality finished menu items. Applicants must hold a strong work ethic and work well within a team environment. In addition, candidates will adhere to current Health Department food safety guidelines.
Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.

Operate fryers, flat tops, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency.

Keep prep and cook areas clean and organized, following Health Department food safety guidelines.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy events.
Qualifications

Prior kitchen or restaurant cooking experience preferred.
