Job Description
We are seeking a part-time audiologist to provide patient-centered care. The audiologist must hold a Master's or Au.D. degree in audiology and be eligible for a Georgia audiology license.
Primary Responsibilities
- Examines patients experiencing ear conditions.
- Performs and interprets diagnostic tests, including audiometry evaluations.
- Knowledge of ear-related procedures
- Hearing device sales and management
- Makes ear impressions to fit patients for hearing aids.
- Develops treatment plans and helps patients with aural rehabilitation.
- Suggests specific hearing assistive technology (HATS) to patients.
- Updates patient charts and electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborates with other medical professionals as needed.
- Follows all medical laws, guidelines, regulations, and standards.
- Helps public and private organizations improve accessibility.
Job Qualifications
- Master's or Au.D. degree
