• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a positive and attentive experience.
• Make outbound calls to address customer concerns and follow up on service requests.
• Accurately input customer orders and data into the system, maintaining high attention to detail.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of complex cases.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Log and track customer interactions to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Adhere to established call center protocols and performance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements.• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inbound and outbound call handling.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous.
