Position Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions
- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to stand for entirety of shift
- Ability to manipulate small parts with hands/fingers
- Ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs.
Preferred:
- High school diploma
- Assembly and/or production experience
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completion of assigned task as directed by the Line Lead and per the work instructions or provided deviation.
- Work to the stated rate listed on the job while being mindful of all quality standards.
- Record all documentation requirements accurately.
- Report all production issues to the Line Lead.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Support, promote and perform in a manner consistent with the continuous improvement goals established by the production unit.
- Employees are expected to adhere to attendance policy, be able to work as a team, and exhibit a good attitude in support of all Quality Operating System (QOS) goals.
- Employees are expected to provide effective and positive communication regarding production related issues to all team members, across all shifts.
- Support, promote, and perform in a manner consistent with continuous improvement goals.
- All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
