Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll be working a full-time schedule—37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday—and spanning two to three school locations, fostering growth and development for a wide range of students. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Virginia required
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload (K-12th grade)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to varying school environments
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement IEPs and interventions
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in group and individual sessions
- Document progress in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Travel between assigned school locations to ensure continuity of care
