Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Carpenter to perform a variety of tasks on our projects, from framing and detailed finish work. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for quality and a strong understanding of residential construction. We are a full-service company.
Duties
- Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed.
- Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution.
- Engage in plastering, and fabrication as required by specific projects.
- Install , fixtures, cabinets, doors, decking and perform caulking as part of the finishing process.
- Conduct restoration work including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other related tasks.
- Participate in flooring installation, tile laying, and other construction work as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry.
- Familiarity with a wide range of skills including but not limited to:
- Trim carpentry - Frame carpentry - Blueprint reading - Plastering - Fabrication - Woodworking - Water damage restoration - Caulking - Stucco application - Heavy lifting capabilities - Fixture installation - Restoration industry experience - Cabinet installation - Door hanging - Maintenance Person experience - Construction painting - Metal stud framing - Assembly tasks - Plumbing skills - Electrical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and transpiration required
