JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS A REPRESENTATIVE:
As a Customer Service/ Account Manager, you will assist healthy Small Business Owners and self-employed individuals with selecting the right health insurance options for them.
Creating and maintaining relationships with clients
responding to questions and concerns over the phone
providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

An ideal candidate MUST have full-time availability. We are seeking someone who is coachable and always willing to learn. Motivation to exceed goals and have positive, resilient attitude.

Full-time availability
High School Diploma or equivalent
Be present and available in the office (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
excellent customer service and phone etiquette
ability to build rapport with clients
strong negotiation skills
written and verbal communication skills
ability to prioritize and multitask
basic computer skills
