About the Role
You’ll serve as the primary contact for business clients—responding to questions about funding schedules, ACH transactions, and account timing. This position requires strong attention to detail, a professional phone presence, and a commitment to resolving client inquiries accurately and efficiently. Every interaction supports the smooth delivery of critical payroll and payment services.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information regarding funding timelines, ACH processing, and account status
- Research and resolve client concerns in coordination with internal departments
- Maintain clear and complete documentation of client interactions and resolutions
- Cross-train with other departments to strengthen overall service delivery
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to accuracy
- Prior experience in financial services, payroll, or account support preferred
