We’re seeking a dependable and professional Financial Services Support Representative to join our Tampa team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping business clients, solving problems, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced financial environment.


About the Role

You’ll serve as the primary contact for business clients—responding to questions about funding schedules, ACH transactions, and account timing. This position requires strong attention to detail, a professional phone presence, and a commitment to resolving client inquiries accurately and efficiently. Every interaction supports the smooth delivery of critical payroll and payment services.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide accurate information regarding funding timelines, ACH processing, and account status
  • Research and resolve client concerns in coordination with internal departments
  • Maintain clear and complete documentation of client interactions and resolutions
  • Cross-train with other departments to strengthen overall service delivery


What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to accuracy
  • Prior experience in financial services, payroll, or account support preferred
