We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starting Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer interaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality service and support.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and professional interaction.

Review and administer contracts accurately and efficiently.

Resolve technical issues by applying problem-solving skills and coordinating with internal teams.

Analyze data to support customer needs and business operations.

Process, maintain, and track customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and various software applications proficiently.

Perform general administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.

Maintain organized records and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business-related applications.

Experience with contract review/administration and order processing.

Excellent organizational and communication skills—both written and verbal.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve problems independently.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
