Human Resources Shared Services Representative (1-Year Contract)

About the Role:
We are looking for an HR Customer Service Specialist to serve as a first line point of contact for employees, managers, HR staff, vendors, and external third parties across the Americas. This role combines HR transaction support, customer service, and collaboration to ensure a seamless HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary HR point of contact, providing information on HR processes, programs, procedures, and service offerings.

Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, email, and in-person, providing HR transaction support with a focus on first contact resolution.

Enter, review, and approve transactions in SAP SuccessFactors.

Administer I-9 processes for new hires and reverifications.

Process employment verifications.

Manage time-sensitive HR transactions and activities, balancing routine procedures with innovative problem-solving.

Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy in all HR activities.

Collaborate with local and global HR Central teams to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.

Support HR process improvement projects at local, regional, and global levels.

Perform other HR support tasks requiring judgment and discretion.

Flexible to work shifts ending as late as 7 PM CT, including weekends and holidays as required.
Your Experience Includes:

Experience working in an HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).

Handling a wide range of HR customer issues.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
