I am offering a job in a high-performing insurance agency and am looking for someone to help continue our success. This is a 20-year agency achieving Toppers CLub 17 times and we have 165 Five Star reviews. This position is not for everyone, so please read the full description of what is expected.
We offer all lines of insurance including home, auto, commercial, life, workers comp, financial services, health insurance and medicare plans.
This position requires you to sell and it is not optional. Your goal is a minimum of $25,000 in premium per month. Some sales experience required with data to show that you have been able to drive new business in the past. Sales is a skill we have found to be unnatural for many and we are looking for someone who thrives in an environment where chasing business and hitting your goal every month is enjoyable.
Study materials are provided, and licensing and test fees are covered. We take training very seriously and want to give you every opportunity to succeed.

Generate leads
Quote a minimum of 3 households per day
Service clients when needed
Requirements
Past sales experience is preferred. A proven sales record is even better.
Needs to be P&C licensed within 30 days of hire.
