Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Inventory Management:
- Providepre-receiving reportsfor inbound shipments before container arrival.
- Reportdamaged goodsand communicate findings to customers.
- Set upnew inventory itemsin theWMS (Warehouse Management System).
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
- Processdaily order releasesand coordinate warehouse fulfillment.
- Manageorder routingbased on customer requirements.
- Closeorders same-dayand sendASN/945 notificationsto customers.
- Generateshipping labels, UCC 128 labels, andBOLs (Bill of Lading)as needed.
Customer Service & Billing:
- Addressshipment, inventory, and invoicing inquiriespromptly.
- Preparecustomer invoicingand processvendor payments.
What Were Looking For
Experience in 3PL logisticsandcustomer service.
Knowledge ofdomestic transportation.
Strongmulti-taskingandproblem-solvingskills.
Experience withbilling & invoicing.
Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
