Insight Global is hiring a Customer Service Representative. A Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of client accounts. Their duties include ensuring that they are up to date with client communications, maintaining order processing, maintaining SKU and inventory updates.
Key Role Responsibilities:
· Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met.
· Work with management to resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
· Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes.
· Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement.
· Work within the warehouse and with the Team to coordinate exceptional client satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative Skills and Qualifications
· Prior experience in customer facing roles.
· Understanding of logistics/warehouse management.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers.
· Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills.
· Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls.
· Superior organizational and time management skills.
· Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
