Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to assist their location in Columbus, OH. This will work heavily with Skyline and F9/Cumulus reporting so they are requiring these skills. This role supports core property management accounting functions and requires strong accuracy and independence.
Job Duties:
- Manage monthly activities such as ACH processing, tenant setup, billing statements, rent rolls, and delinquency reporting
- Maintain tenant accounts in Skyline including charges, edits, cash receipts, deposits, and NSF/rejected payment processing
- Handle AP functions including invoice entry, check runs, distributions, and posting to the general ledger
- Maintain vendor records and insurance certificates while communicating daily with tenants and vendors
Requirements:
- Skyline and F9 (Cumulus) reporting is REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of property management accounting workflows
- Ability to manage deadlines and monthly cycles with accuracy and independence
- Clear, professional communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
- High attention to detail and comfort working across multiple systems
Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
