• Manage dispatch operations efficiently, ensuring timely coordination of logistics and resources.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflows.
• Utilize Computer Aided Dispatch systems to track and optimize transportation schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and update schedules using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges and improve efficiency.
• Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks.
• Maintain organized documentation through Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Analyze dispatch data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all dispatch activities.• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination.
• Strong customer service skills, particularly in call center environments.
• Proficiency in Computer Aided Dispatch systems and related software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience using QuickBooks for financial and operational tasks.
• Ability to coordinate logistics effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
