Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver advanced radiation therapy treatments in a dynamic, fast-paced oncology department that serves a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric cases with various cancer diagnoses. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology such as Elekta and Mosaiq systems within a Level 1 Trauma, academic medical center that handles a high daily patient volume.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radiation Therapist
  • Prior completion of at least one travel contract required; first-time travelers will not be considered
  • Valid BLS certification and ARRT-RT credential mandatory
  • Proficiency with Elekta treatment machines and Mosaiq EMR system
  • Strong clinical skills with comfort in managing 2 therapists per patient under lead technologist guidance

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver precise radiation treatments to an average census of 75-95 patients daily
  • Collaborate closely with a skilled team including lead technologists and department leadership
  • Participate in a weekend rotation while working an established schedule of either 4-10-hour or 5-8-hour shifts, during daytime hours with no on-call or major holiday requirements
  • Engage in orientation that blends facility onboarding and department-specific training tailored to your prior experience
