Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as warehouse workers. In this role, you will utilize an RF Scanner to accurately pick orders and move products using a push cart or pallet jack/forklift to the shipping or staging areas. While prior experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is beneficial, training will be provided if necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Use RF Scanner to pick orders.
  • Transport products using a push cart or pallet jack/forklift.
  • Pick a minimum of 100 lines per shift initially, increasing to 150-175 lines as proficiency improves.
  • Handle various products, including cases of water bottles, metal housing for PLCs, and computer/electronic parts.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with forklift operation.
  • Proficiency in packing and production.
  • Skill in using RF Scanner.
  • Ability to pick and pack efficiently.

Work Environment

Work on the second shift from 12 PM to 8 PM, with mandatory overtime until 10 PM. The warehouse spans 125,000 sq. ft., requiring candidates to walk up and down aisles throughout their shift. Occasionally, lifting up to 50 lbs will be necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
