Job DescriptionSpeech Language Pathologist – Elementary & Middle School (K-8)
Scheudle: Full-Time, 2025–2026 School YearLocation: West Lawn, PAGrade Level: K-8 Start Date: ASAPSalary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annualized salary or $52.76-$56.82 hourly About the OpportunityAnthroMed is partnering with a tight knit and collaborative school district in West Lawn, PA to hire a full time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year. This position will serve students in grades K-8 providing impactful communication support to learners with unique needs. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide therapy and intervention services to students
  • Address expressive/receptive language and pragmatic skills
  • Support students with behavior management needs as related to communication
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

Caseload Details:

  • Elementary placement to start the year, students on caseload will range from speech only, autistic support, life skills or MDS
  • Transition to cover elementary and middle school during the school year serving students on caseload with a range from speech only, austic support, life skills or MDS.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (MSLP)
  • PA DOE Ed Specialist Certificate
  • PA SLP License
  • Experience with elementary and middle school populations strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence
