Join a small family service business with a great crew as a Full-Time Bookkeeper. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and employee benefits. You will work alongside a small accounting team, processing payroll bi-weekly and maintaining accurate financial records. Qualified candidates are eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process bi-weekly payroll and oversee employee benefits
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Track expenses and maintain detailed financial records
- Collaborate with a small accounting team of 2-4 people
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for bookkeeping tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Experience in payroll processing
- Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable
- Strong financial recordkeeping skills
- Effective time management
- Good communication abilities
