We are a Construction company seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to support daily business operations. This role requires basic computer skills and a willingness to assist across multiple departments as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist various departments with day-to-day tasks
- Answer phones, emails, and handle basic correspondence
- Data entry, filing, and document organization
- Use basic computer programs (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
- Help with scheduling, errands, and office organization
- Other duties as assigned to support business operations
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Word/Excel or similar)
- Willingness to help in all areas of the business
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior office or administrative experience
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
Compensation:
- $16 per hour
