Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $150–$200 per visit (based on experience and case complexity)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Home Health role in Los Angeles, CA. This is a per-visit position with an expected caseload of 5–7 patient visits per day. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and case management, and be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interventions
- Manage patient cases and address mental health concerns
- Coordinate care with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure high-quality outcomes through effective communication and planning
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- CPR certification
- Proficiency in case management
- Background in psychology and mental health
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Additional Information:
- Standard mileage reimbursement provided for patient visits
- No sign-on bonus unless hired full-time and remains fully productive for six months
- This is a per-visit role, not salaried
