High‑Precision Fabrication | Day Shift | Climate‑Controlled Shop
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to fabricate high‑precision stainless steel containment systems (gloveboxes and isolators) used in nuclear, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology environments. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, x‑ray quality welds, and the ability to fabricate complex assemblies from detailed blueprints.
You’ll join a small, highly skilled team producing mission‑critical equipment where quality, safety, and craftsmanship are non‑negotiable.
What You’ll Do
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel to achieve consistent x‑ray quality welds
- Fabricate complex containment systems such as gloveboxes and isolators
- Read and interpret advanced blueprints, GD&T, and fabrication drawings
- Fit, weld, and finish components to tight tolerances
- Maintain strict quality standards required for nuclear, pharma, and biotech applications
- Work closely with engineering and fabrication teams to troubleshoot and refine builds
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of TIG welding experience
- 3+ years of stainless steel TIG welding
- Proven ability to produce x‑ray quality welds
- Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills
- Experience working on complex, high‑tolerance assemblies
Preferred Qualifications
- ASME Section IX and/or AWS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Background fabricating equipment for nuclear, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries
- Experience working in high‑cleanliness or regulated environments
Schedule & Perks
- Work Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Westminster, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
- Half day every Friday - Generous Annual bonus program - Annual merit raises - 3 weeks of accrued PTO
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Westminster,CO.
