Job DescriptionManufacturing AssociateForming Team Operator– Direct Hire OpportunityAmerican Tank & Fabrication (AT&F)Pay:Starting Pay: $22 – $25/hr (most start at $23–$24) Shift Options:1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm, Overtime before shift2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30pm – 2:00am, +$2.00 shift premium, Overtime on FridaysWeekend Shift (1st Shift): Friday – Sunday | 6:00am – 6:00pm, Work 36 hours, get paid for 40, Additional OT availableReady to be part of something bigger?We’re hiring motivated, hands-on individuals to join the Forming Team at AT&F, where you’ll help build components for some of the largest, most advanced equipment in the world—including projects that support the U.S. Navy’s submarine program.This is a Direct Hire opportunity with long-term growth, strong pay, and a team-first culture.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work with large-scale press brakes and rolling equipment
- Assist in forming heavy steel components for major industrial and defense projects
- Use tools like hand grinders and measuring equipment
- Read and learn blueprints and specifications
- Operate in a team-driven, high-performance manufacturing environment

Skills That Set You Up for Success:
- Comfortable with basic math and fractions
- Able to read a tape measure accurately (down to 1/16”)
- Interested in learning blueprint reading
- Comfortable working in a heavy manufacturing environment
- Hot in summer / cooler in winter
- Material moved by overhead cranes (not manual lifting)
- Experience in press brake, CNC, or metal fabrication is a plus—but not required.
