Were looking for a motivated Entry Level Insurance Account Manager to join our team! This role focuses on building relationships, developing insurance quotes, closing sales, and customer service. We offer licensing assistance to the right person. The position pays $14 - $17 per hour, based on experience. While we pay hourly, we also offer an end-of-year bonus and opportunities to earn additional money through carrier incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations
  • Close sales and help clients secure the right coverage
  • Generate referrals and network to expand business
  • Work with warm leads, no cold calling required!


Requirements

  • Sales and service experience in another industry (insurance license not required; well cover licensing costs!)
  • Office experience (no college degree required)
  • Ability to work within an agency management system
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset
  • Professional phone and office etiquette
