The Opportunity

Join an established upscale Tex-Mex restaurant group as General Manager for a location that needs operational refinement. We need someone who obsesses over details, perfects systems, and elevates service standards to match our brand positioning.


Your Mission

Transform an underperforming unit through precision execution:

  • Perfect food quality and consistency - every plate, every shift
  • Elevate FOH service standards to upscale dining expectations
  • Execute systems with precision and train teams to sustain them
  • Build culture of accountability focused on guest experience
  • Drive profitability through improved service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead from the floor with hands-on coaching and development

What You Bring

  • Restaurant management experience in polished/upscale dining
  • Training and development expertise with measurable service improvements
  • Systems execution capability - you implement and sustain standards
  • P&L management with focus on cost control and profitability
  • Hands-on leadership style, willing to work the floor daily
  • Houston market knowledge preferred
  • We don't consider QSR, fast food, or casual dining backgrounds (Applebee's, Chili's, etc.)


Compensation

  • $75K-$85K base salary (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Performance-based bonuses (tied to sales, cost control, and operational metrics)
  • Opportunity to earn based on consistent execution and profitability improvements
