Job Description
Role: Healthcare Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Train nurses and caregivers on device usage and support
- Provide on-site/remote troubleshooting for clinical devices
- Coordinate telehealth assessments with NPs
- Assist with patient reviews for stable patients
- Support RPM device installation, setup, calibration, and connectivity
- Handle basic hardware/software issues and escalate complex cases
- Ensure devices are updated and functioning properly
