Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient & In-Hospital Coverage | Collaborative Women’s Health Team

Position Summary
The organization is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join its growing Women’s Health practice in Lawton, Oklahoma. The incoming provider will work alongside a dedicated team—including two OB/GYNs and a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner—providing high-quality prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care.

Essential Position Responsibilities

Provide full-scope midwifery care including prenatal visits, labor management, deliveries, postpartum care, and routine gynecologic services.

Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure continuity of care.

Participate in patient education, preventive health initiatives, and ongoing quality-improvement programs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.

Support a patient-centered culture that prioritizes safety, compassion, and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Nursing with CNM certification from an accredited program.

Licensure & Certification: Active Certified Nurse Midwife credential; eligible for Oklahoma licensure.

Experience: Prior CNM experience preferred; candidates must be comfortable managing full-scope midwifery care.
