Job Title: RRT – ECMO Specialist
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night (3x12) | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RRT – ECMO Specialist to provide advanced respiratory and ECMO care in a high-acuity critical care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ECMO systems (required experience)
- Provide advanced respiratory care & ventilator management (BiPAP, CPAP, SIMV)
- Assist with intubation, suctioning, bronchoscopy, and ABG collection
- Administer respiratory medications (nebulizers, oxygen therapy, nitric oxide)
- Interpret ABGs and manage critically ill patients (ARDS, pneumonia, etc.)
- Support patient transport and collaborate with care teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of RRT experience
- Minimum 1 year of ECMO Specialist experience (required)
- Active RRT Certification
- State Respiratory License (must be active by start date)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Strong background in adult critical care
