As a Customer Service Representative focused on subscription management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive a seamless and positive experience with their ongoing treatments. You will handle subscription inquiries, billing, and account updates while delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the Regenics standard of care.
Responsibilities
- Manage subscription accounts, including modifications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional support.
- Resolve billing and payment-related issues accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
Skills
- Medical office background or experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and subscription management tools is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
