Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialized opportunity is available for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a dynamic imaging unit. This contract position offers the chance to work with advanced equipment in a hospital setting dedicated to providing diagnostic nuclear medicine services. The role involves preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients undergoing various diagnostic scans.

Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts typically ranging from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with variations depending on the schedule
- Weekend shifts and on-call duties required
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting a wide range of nuclear medicine studies, including cardiac, Lexi scans, Adenosine, VQ scans, WBC scans, HIDA, MUGA, GI Bleed, Octreo, MIBG, Y90, and Zephyr
- Operating a 3 GE Camera department with dedicated cardiac and SPECT imaging capabilities
- Administering radiopharmaceuticals safely and effectively according to established protocols
- Collaborating independently and kindly within the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient care quality
Qualifications:
- IV certification with comprehensive nuclear medicine training from an accredited program is required
- Preferred credentials include SPECT experience and EKG certification
- Required certifications: CNMT, ARRT NM, or NMTCB along with current BLS certification
- Ability to work weekends and participate in on-call rotation
