Position Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, compassionate, and able to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced family medicine and urgent care setting.

Because we serve a diverse patient population, fluency in Farsi, Pashto, Hindi, or Urdu is highly preferred. Candidates with multilingual abilities will be given strong consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in family medicine and urgent care settings

• Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans

• Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, I&Ds, splinting, etc.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs

• Prescribe medications in compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with supervising physician and medical team

• Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans

• Document encounters accurately and timely in the EMR system

Qualifications:

• Current Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in California

• Active DEA license (or eligibility)

• BLS/ACLS certification preferred

• Experience in family medicine, urgent care, or primary care (new grads welcome with strong interest in outpatient care)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Multilingual abilities in Farsi, Pashto, Hindi, or Urdu highly preferred
