Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to support children and adolescents from early childhood through high school, depending on assignment availability. Key Requirements:
- Valid Colorado Special Service Provider license in School Social Work (birth–21).
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience working in a school setting is essential.
- Ability to complete time-sensitive background checks and fingerprinting as required by the district.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver mental health support and counseling to address students’ academic, behavioral, and social needs.
- Work closely with students facing attendance, behavioral, or emotional challenges.
- Refer students to external agencies and support services for additional help.
- Conduct student assessments to determine counseling or intervention needs.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to gain comprehensive insight into student issues and implement appropriate interventions.
- Maintain detailed case files and track progress, recognizing patterns that may require group or school-wide attention.
- Facilitate remediation and treatment plans, including workshops to foster a positive school environment.
This role covers 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and includes assignments at various schools in the region. Caseloads and age ranges vary, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, giving you the chance to apply your skills where they are needed most.
