The Role: Server Assistant – Ambassadors of Service
As a Server Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our dining room and the server’s most trusted collaborator. You intuitively sense the rhythm of service, ensuring every guest is graciously welcomed, attentively cared for, and effortlessly delighted.
Your presence is seamless, your pace is fluid, and your attention to detail reflects the precision and beauty of the TETRA brand. Every gesture, every reset, every glass filled is a reflection of our promise: an experience exactly like nothing else.
What You’ll Do
- Support servers by anticipating needs throughout the dining experience.
- Provide timely water service and replenish beverages gracefully.
- Clear, reset, and re-set tables with precision and efficiency to luxury standards.
- Maintain immaculate service stations and ensure dining and waiting areas remain polished and inviting.
- Execute side duties such as polishing silverware, folding napkins, and restocking supplies.
- Handle special cleaning tasks and support a pristine dining room environment.
- Communicate with servers and management to resolve guest needs swiftly and professionally.
- Uphold an elevated presence in both demeanor and appearance in all guest-facing moments.
What You Bring
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, refined environment.
- Keen awareness of timing, flow, and detail—hallmarks of luxury hospitality.
- Ability to move swiftly, carry trays, lift up to 40lbs, and be on your feet for long periods.
- A polished, professional demeanor and strong teamwork ethic.
- Prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality settings preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and basic computer operations.
