Position Overview:
As an entry-level Account Associate, your primary focus will be reaching out to leads, pivoting insurance products to existing customers to help fill any gaps in coverage, and adapting your approach to meet customer needs. Prior insurance experience is not required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work personally with incoming leads to identify opportunities
- Adapt sales strategies based on new and existing customer needs
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and support agency goals
- Learn about various insurance lines including personal, commercial, and life insurance products
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic with a desire to learn and grow
- We will help you obtain your Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (if not already licensed) within the first 60 days
- No prior insurance experience required personality and drive are more important!
