The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing multiple lines and coordinating interactions with vendors, internal staff, and guests. This role involves handling appointment scheduling, payments, correspondence, and maintaining an organized and professional front desk environment to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and register guests promptly and courteously
  • Manage multiple phone lines and direct calls efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
  • Handle mail, correspondence, and payments accurately
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service
  • Maintain office organization and supplies inventory
  • Perform data entry and keep accurate records
  • Coordinate internal staff and vendor interactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as a front office receptionist
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
