We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our team full-time. Our school is rooted in Christian values and dedicated to providing a nurturing, play-based environment where children grow in faith, confidence, and curiosity.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons that reflect both NAEYC standards and Christian values
• Partner with families to support each child’s growth and development
• Collaborate with a supportive, mission-driven teaching team
• Celebrate curiosity, play, and faith in all you do

What We’re Looking For:

• A heart for working with young children and sharing God’s love through joyful learning
• CDA or BA in Education or related field
• Classroom experience
• Knowledge of NAEYC standards and best practices in early childhood education
• A team player who brings creativity, patience, and positivity to the classroom
