Pride Health is seeking a Medical Assistantto join a team in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 13-weeks assignment, with possible extension.

Job Title: Medical Assistant

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Shift: 4x10-Hour Days (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Contract Length: 13 weeks + possible extension

Payrate: $25/hr

Job Summary:

The Medical Assistant will work in a high-volume outpatient clinic supporting a team of 9 physicians. This position requires flexibility, as the Medical Assistant may be expected to float between physicians and nearby clinics (within a 20-mile radius). Responsibilities include patient intake, documentation, assisting providers, and coordinating follow-up care.

Typical Patient Volume:

• Each physician sees approximately 25–40 patients per day

Required Experience & Certifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant (preferably in family practice)
• Required: BLS certification
• Preferred: CMA or RMA certification,

Special Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working with multiple providers and floating between clinics
• Must be certified as a Medical Assistant
• Prior EMR use is highly preferred
• Must be flexible and adaptable
