This position requires a highly motivated, dedicated, and reliable individual with good math and communication skills as well as a friendly and positive team attitude. Cash handling and financial services experience helpful.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Handle customer inquiries&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage cash transactions for customers</li>
<li>Provide information about the products and services</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns</li>
<li>Document and update customer records based on interactions</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services</li>

<li><strong>Previous experience in customer service and bank teller operations is preferred</strong></li>
