We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative/Bank Teller to join our team. This position requires a highly motivated, dedicated, and reliable individual with good math and communication skills as well as a friendly and positive team attitude. Cash handling and financial services experience helpful.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Manage cash transactions for customers
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and bank teller operations is preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
