- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience\n
- Ability to work 1-2 PRN shifts per month\n
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association\n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n
\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Medical/Surgical acute care setting\n
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team\n
- Monitor patient progress and promptly report changes to the interdisciplinary healthcare team\n
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately\n
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions\n
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare standards\n
