Afternoon Office Manager
An established Montessori school is seeking a reliable, professional, and personable Afternoon Office Manager to support daily administrative operations and serve as a welcoming point of contact for families and visitors.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

High school diploma required

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Word

Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable

Strong general office and administrative skills

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Professional appearance and a warm, approachable demeanor, as this role represents the school community
Schedule:

Monday through Friday
-
2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
