The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures customer comfort by providing high-quality service, technical expertise, and professional communication.

Responsibilities
The job duties below include, but are not limited to:

  • Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot components such as compressors, thermostats, motors, fans, filters and ductwork
  • Install new HVAC systems and components as needed
  • Provide accurate assessments and recommend necessary repairs or replacement options
  • Educate customers on system operation, energy efficiency, and maintenance best practices
  • Complete all required documentation, service tickets, and reports accurately
  • Maintain tools, company vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition
  • Follow safety procedures and comply with all company, local, and state codes
  • Deliver excellent customer service and always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working conditions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or technical training preferred
  • EPA Certification 2+ years of experience in HVAC Service, maintenance or installation preferred
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoor spaces)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship. The Company participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $65K-$150K (hourly, plus commission)
