Key Responsibilities
· Assist in operating vehicles equipped with FSD (Supervised) during 6–8 hour shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including greetings, route adjustments, and addressing concerns
- Navigate complex environments such as construction areas, pedestrian zones, and traffic congestion
- Monitor FSD (Supervised) performance and take control when necessary to ensure safety
- Conduct pre-shift vehicle safety checks (sensor calibration, software status, cleanliness)
- Start/stop recording devices and perform basic software/equipment debugging
- Review and analyze data quality collected throughout each shift
- Provide feedback to improve data collection processes and overall operations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong situational awareness, attention to detail, and observation skills
- Tech-savvy with advanced PC abilities (Microsoft Office Suite, data tools, basic troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with ADAS & Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS) preferred
- Flexibility to work day/night shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime
- Ability to travel as needed (domestic or international)
- Safety-sensitive position; drug testing required per policy

Shift Hours:
- Night B: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Night C: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Available Schedules:
- Friday – Tuesday
- Wednesday – Sunday
Graveyard Shift
Shift Hours:
- Graveyard B: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
- Graveyard C: 1:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Available Schedules:
- Friday – Tuesday
- Wednesday – Sunday
- Thursday – Monday
