<p>Aegis is seeking a Process Engineer to join our client's organization. This company is located near the Alsip, IL area. This position is a 9 month contract to hire position. Aegis offers benefits, accrued sick time, weekly pay and OT potential for all contractors. The ideal candidate has the following experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>BS- Mechanical engineer</li>
<li>0-2+ years of experience.</li>
<li>3D modeling software experience- solidworks.</li>
<li>Experience managing multiple projects at once and able to pivot quickly based on priority</li>
<li>Process mindset- experience or interest in improving processes.</li>
<li>Engineering mindset- able to take an issue and come up with a solution.</li>
<li>Solid attitude- “If there is a problem- what you would do about this?”</li>
<li>Willing to jump in where is needed.- Multiple hats- everyone helps.</li>
<li>Able to communicate with all teams.</li>
<li>Able to stay organized and basic computer skills.</li>
