TheraEX Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Silverdale, Washington.

Job Description & Requirements

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

• Active WA/Multistate license required.
• 2 years Ms/Tele experience required.
• Required certifications: BLS,ACLS,NIHSS from AHA.
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift & Contract:
• 3 x 12 Days 7a-730p;EOW 36 hr Guranteed
• 13-week contract initial duration
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license and the permanenet address must be at least 50 miles from the facility location: Silverdale, WA, 98383

TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID #1116602. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
