Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Oklahoma City. This role will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer emails, and process account changes in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Insurance industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond promptly to customer emails, ensuring accurate and clear communication.
- Process account changes, updates, and service requests efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- 2+ years of proven customer service experience in a call center or office environment.
- Insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
