Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Oklahoma City. This role will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer emails, and process account changes in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Insurance industry experience is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer emails, ensuring accurate and clear communication.
  • Process account changes, updates, and service requests efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven customer service experience in a call center or office environment.
  • Insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
