Position Overview
Pathway Talent Partners is partnering with a privately held, multi-generation transportation company to identify an accomplished Controller to lead the organization’s financial, administrative, and operational functions.
This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership opportunity for an executive who can modernize systems, strengthen processes, and align financial strategy with day-to-day fleet and field operations. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic financial leadership and practical operational execution, enabling scalable infrastructure, improved reporting, and stronger communication across departments.
This role is best suited for a decisive, people-centric leader who thrives in a fast-paced, family-owned environment—someone who values integrity, efficiency, and quality, and who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support long-term growth rather than operating within a rigid corporate bureaucracy.
