Matthew 25 AIDS Services is a non-profit healthcare clinic that specializes in the treatment of HIV/AIDS.

Overview:
The Fundraising and PR Manager is responsible for planning and executing community events and fundraising campaigns that align with the organizations mission, while building relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, volunteers, and the public. This role develops and implements public relations strategies to enhance the organizations reputation, ensuring consistent messaging and media coverage. The manager also cultivates relationships with donors and corporate sponsors, creating a formal fundraising plan that aligns with strategic goals. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the volunteer program, managing the monthly newsletter, and representing the nonprofit at public speaking engagements and events to raise awareness and support. Through strategic planning, collaboration, and clear communication, this position helps drive the nonprofit's mission and community engagement. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in or near the Henderson, KY or Evansville, IN area.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, event planning, public relations, and fundraising.
Proven track record in fundraising, donor cultivation, and corporate sponsorships, ideally within the nonprofit sector.
Experience in developing and executing PR strategies, including media relations, content and creation.
Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.
Experience in planning, organizing, and executing successful fundraising and community events.
Experience in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers.
Strong background in creating and overseeing communication materials such as newsletters, press releases, social media posts, and website content.
