Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC / LCSW / LPC) - Join Our Growing Behavioral Health Team!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, LPC) to join our growing behavioral health team at Homeside Rehab in Omaha, NE.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide evidence-based mental health services to pediatric and adolescent patients in their homes throughout Nebraska. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and evidence-based practices

  • Providing individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, including social workers and other healthcare professionals

  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards

  • Participating in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities

  • Adhering to all ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice

Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution

  • Active Nebraska State LMHC, LCSW, or LPC license in good standing — required

  • Experience providing therapy services to children and adolescents — required

  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and families

  • Ability to work independently in a home health environment

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing direct therapy services preferred

  • Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

  • Location: Omaha, NE 68136

  • Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours; day and evening availability available Monday through Friday, with weekend opportunities as needed
